Morph 2.0 is our offering for leadership learning into the 21st century. My first book was entitled Morph: The Texture of Leadership for Tomorrow's Church. Morph 2.0 is an effort to acknowledge that we need to constantly change, morph, update our skills, and refresh our vision. Morph 2.0 is going to be the next round of resourcing that every leader needs. From culture and leadership, to personal development and ethos creation... from creative process and implementation to personal tools for effectiveness... Morph 2.0 will help you with new tools and technologies!
On the leadership front: What are the most important ways to influence your environment? What are the "must know" non-negotiables you need as you head into the next wave of ministry initiatives before you? What are the three components that always and everywhere make up leadership and how do you develop those? How is leadership different in this postmodern world than it was in the dying-stages of the modern world?
On the culture front: What is good cultural exegesis, how do we do it, and why is it important? What are the signs of the times and how do we take some leadership cues from those signs so we can intersect our worlds in incarnational and helpful ways?
On the team front: How do identify and assemble the right team? How do we foster team chemistry? How should staff development look and feel? How do we align the team for accomplishing major ministry objectives?
