Morph: Staff Meeting with Ron

December 28, 2009

Morph of the Leader, Morph of the Team

ARE YOU AND YOUR TEAM READY FOR 2010?

“Someone has to see the future, chart the course for 2010, lay the plans architect the team, spawn creativity, and then with perseverance intersect the culture into which we are called to live and speak.  In God’s plan that is the role of your leadership team.  Leaders are willing to run the ragged edge of risck taking and do what is necessary to see the church become the full-blown life-development center that God intends it to be. “(Morph! by Ron Martoia, page 36)

Is your mission clear? If your mission is clear,  are your vision and strategies aligned with where you live, your very specific cultural context?   Is your vision based on good semiotics (reading of the times) and based on good research tactics to determine where you sit locally/nationally?  Are you planning based on what you see working in other locations or are you familiar with methods of context awareness for the very customized and specific work that God has breathed on your context?  Are your strategies aligned with your 2010 goals?

We hope that you will take us up on two steps in the next month to move forward in the analysis and conversation surrounding  your local ministry leadership work and goals for 2010.

Once you order this product we will send you chapter 3 from Morph! titled Cellular Leadership:  The Counter-Intuitive Move Inward.  2.  You and leadership team will read the  chapter from Ron’s leadership book titled Morph!.  Simply copy the pages and distribute at your next leadership/staff meeting.  Ask your team to read the chapter and write out responses to the questions at the end of the chapter.  3. Ron will meet with your staff for 2 hours to guide the group through these questions and make recommendations.  A 30 minute followup to this session will be scheduled following the video conference with you.
