Wow, right on point, exactly what I was looking for and struggle with. I’m glad someone’s talking about it.
Actually, something I was thinking about is how are we supposed to manage the stories we tell ourselves everyday? I tried blocking them out for a while, but that didn’t seem right. Is it something that gradually reduces as a person learns to live in the moment? Or is it becoming more content with your own story that does that? Let me know your thoughts, thanks.
