Two Books for Daily Rhythm

March 9, 2010

I am not real big on daily readers. But a couple years ago did Richard Rohr’s daily and wow was it good. This year I am doing Keatings new work. He is original as all get out and so helpful. The week I spent with Keating remains one of the most important weeks of my journey. This book does nothing be rekindle all those hours or listening to him retelling stories from the Gospels. It just doesn’t get much better.

Hi Ron, I’m new to your website, and I have read most of your archives great stuff! I love Richard Rohr I’m currently using his latest book “The Naked Now” as a daily or weekly reading. I have been practicing Centering Prayer as of the first of the year after reading “Centering Prayer and Inner Awakening” by Cynthia Bourgeault. I see that you have resources for Centering Prayer and I’m thinking about purchasing them. One of the questions I have about Centering Prayer is am I doing this right? Thanks again for sharing your insights and wisdom.
